Captain America to the rescue

Toledo police Officer Robert Orwig, dressed as Captain America, shares a moment with Adriyana Monroe, 2, a patient at ProMedica Toledo Children’s Hospital, as he rappels down the side of the building. He and other members of the Toledo Police Department’s SWAT team rappelled down the side of the hospital for the children Thursday.
