Canada, U.S. urged to work together

One of America’s highest ranking Great Lakes officials told about 200 people in downtown Toledo Friday night that the United States and Canada cannot lose sight of the need for a cooperative, ecosystem approach toward protecting the world’s largest source of fresh surface water.
