Businessman's widow sues KeyBank for $3.8 million

The wife of a deceased Toledo businessman is suing KeyBank for $3.8 million, claiming the bank liquidated her two certificates of deposit that had been paying 12.75 percent annual interest and moved the funds to a new account that pays less than half of a percent.
