Budget language prompts Ohio BMV to stop accepting gender change form

COLUMBUS — The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles will no longer accept a form that transgender Ohioans have long used to update the gender marker on their driver’s license or state ID, a spokesman for the bureau said Tuesday.
