Budget chief: Kasich conservative on growth

COLUMBUS — Gov. John Kasich has warned against lawmakers’ using rosier revenue projections to justify additional spending over the next two years, but a legislative agency on Wednesday estimated that revenues will climb at a faster pace than his administration has predicted.
