Bryan man in serious condition after crash

PAULDING, Ohio — A Bryan, Ohio, man was injured Wednesday when his car and a wrecker collided on U.S. 24 in Paulding County’s Emerald Township, said troopers at the Van Wert post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.
