Brown urges Supreme Court vote

U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D., Ohio) on Wednesday called on the Republican majority in the Senate to “uphold its constitutional duty” and consider President Obama’s nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court, when that appointment comes.
