Brown: GOP must uphold Constitutional duty

U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D., Ohio) today called on the Republican majority in the Senate to “uphold its Constitutional duty” and consider President Obama’s nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court, when that appointment comes.
