Bridge nearly ready for its grand reopening

A crew member, above and at right, puts the finishing touches on the Anthony Wayne Bridge on Monday in preparation for its reopening to traffic. Closed for more than a year, the span over the Maumee River in downtown Toledo is to be back in service by the end of this week, with a formal dedication ceremony planned for Thursday.
