Breaking out the bell at Toledo Memorial Park

Toledo community, firefighters, police, and local dignitaries, used a large sledgehammer to expose the 250-pound bronze bell which will be installed at the Toledo Memorial Park's 9/11 First Responders Last Call Memorial.
