When prosecutors rested their case Thursday against Timothy and Esten Ciboro, the father and son who are representing themselves on rape and kidnapping charges called one witness: an 11-year-old boy who told the jury the Ciboros had “tortured” a girl in the home, and that Timothy had molested him.
