Bond set at $1.5M for former Waite High School basketball player

Saying there had been testimony in Lucas County Juvenile Court that his client was not the shooter and “at best, a complicitor,” the attorney for former Waite High School basketball player Carl Banks asked a judge Thursday to let his client out on bond.
