Blaze destroys home in central Toledo

Several occupants had escaped unhurt by the time fire crews arrived about 3:05 a.m. and saw fire coming from a 1½-story metal and vinyl house at 1202 Woodstock Ave., a fire dispatcher said. Firefighters attacked the blaze and extinguished it about 5:45 a.m., by which time it was a total loss.
