Bishop Thomas named administrator of Cleveland Diocese

Pope Francis today named Bishop Daniel Thomas as Apostolic administrator of the Diocese of Cleveland even as he keeps his responsibilities as the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Toledo.
