Bill penalizing schools for suing state unconstitutional, anti-voucher group says

COLUMBUS — Proposed legislation that would withhold education funding from public school districts involved in a lawsuit against the state is unconstitutional, members of the coalition challenging Ohio’s EdChoice school voucher program said Thursday.
