Big Ten reprimands Harbaugh after rant

ANN ARBOR — Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh was issued a public reprimand today by the Big Ten Conference and the University of Michigan was fined $10,000 for Harbaugh's postgame comments about the officiating following Saturday's loss at Ohio State.
