Biden talks up new OT policy in Columbus

COLUMBUS — Vice President Joe Biden today visited Ohio to herald adoption of new federal rules making 4.2 million more full-time, salaried Americans, including 134,000 Ohioans, eligible for mandatory overtime pay.
