Biden in Ohio: New overtime rules about ‘dignity’

COLUMBUS — Vice President Joe Biden Wednesday chose Ohio to herald new federal rules making 4.2 million more full-time, salaried Americans, including 134,000 Ohioans, eligible for mandatory overtime.
