Bidder wants Andersons grain, rail units

HC2 Holdings Inc. may have put in an offer to buy the whole of the hallmark Toledo-area company The Andersons Inc., but the real targets of former New York hedge fund manager Philip Falcone appear to be the company’s grain and rail divisions.
