BGSU urged to participate in FCC auction

Bowling Green State University administrators will recommend to trustees participation in an upcoming broadcast spectrum auction in a way that would "maximize" potential revenue for BGSU but allow the university's public television station to remain on air. Trustees are scheduled to vote on the future of WBGU-TV, a university owned and operated public television station for more than 50 years, at a 1:30 p.m. meeting today.
