Berdan-area road projects to get started soon

While I-75 reconstruction has been under way between I-475 and I-280 in Toledo for about two years now, one element of the project hasn’t started yet — rebuilding sections of Phillips and Berdan avenues and all of Haverhill Drive, including the creation of three roundabout intersections.
