Benton-Carroll-Salem school district handed split decision on proposals

OBJECTOAK HARBOR, Ohio — Stung by nearly a $6 million hit to a $20 million budget, thanks largely to the Davis-Besse nuclear plant’s grim future, Benton-Carroll-Salem school officials will have to deal with a split decision on two crucial ballot proposals.
