Before Wrangler debut, 3K Jeep workers to volunteer across community

Before heading back at work after a long layoff, some 3,000 employees of Toledo’s Jeep plant will spread out across the community in massive volunteer effort to paint, serve meals, sort donations, and clean up parks.
