Barbara J. Stough (1925-2016)

NAPOLEON — Barbara J. Stough, a registered nurse who was director of the former Toledo Hospital School of Nursing and served on the Henry County Board of Health, died Wednesday in the Meadows of Leipsic. She was 90.
