Bankruptcy cases in northwest Ohio increased last month

Cases filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Toledo rose 15 percent in February, marking the first time that February case filings have risen since 2012, according to new figures released Thursday by the U.S. Clerk of Courts office.
