Backer of ballot issue challenges pharmaceutical CEOs to debate

COLUMBUS — The primary face of an Ohio ballot issue targeting prescription drug prices on Wednesday challenged drug company CEOs opposing the proposal to a statewide debate and vowed to pay for the TV time to air it.
