'Back Home Again' makes case for listening to John Denver again

The first song we hear in the Milwaukee Repertory Theater's "Back Home Again" - subtitled "On the Road with John Denver" - is a recording of John Denver, singing of the many miles separating L.A. from Denver in "Starwood in Aspen." On an initially darkened stage, performers David M. Lutken and Katie Deal stand with bowed heads and listen alongside us; Lutken occasionally adds the mournful wail of his harmonica.
