Baby, it's cold outside

Tears are frozen in the corner of Brenaye Gaiter’s eye as she tries to warm her hand in the cold and gusting wind Wednesday on Jackson Street in downtown Toledo. Wind-chill factors dropped to as low as zero overnight as the mercury dipped into the mid-teens, and forecasters expect it won’t be much warmer today. The high is only expected to reach about 20 today with a strong possibility of snow showers and winds between 10 and 20 mph. Overnight lows will be in the single digits later
