Autopsy: 5-year-old was buried alive in 2009

MONROE — The death of 5-year-old girl whose body was discovered buried on the banks of the River Raisin just over seven years ago resulted from being buried alive or another person forcibly pressing her face into the dirt, according to Wayne County Medical County Examiner records.
