Authorities surge on Joughin case

METAMORA, Ohio — The case of 20-year-old Sierah Joughin — whose suspected remains were found late last week in Fulton County — is a parent's worst nightmare, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said Monday as investigators continued collecting evidence.
