Author to speak at Chamber meeting

Rebecca Ryan, founder and co-owner of Next Generation Consulting and author of two books about future trends, will be the keynote speaker at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce’s annual meeting on Wednesday at the Premier Catering hall, 4480 Heatherdowns Blvd.
