Assisted-living facility takes shape

Construction is under way for a skilled nursing and assisted living complex on 5350 Mitchaw Rd. north of Brint Road in Sylvania Township. Trilogy Health Services of Louisville plans to spend about $12 million on the 100-bed facility, which is to be called Lakes of Sylvania.
