Arrest made after central city man shot in the ankle

A central city man was treated at the hospital after he was shot in the ankle late Monday, according to Toledo police. Brian Moss, age not reported, of the 1400 block of Foster Avenue, was found by police in the 3100 block of North Detroit Avenue with a gunshot wound to his ankle.
