Area unemployment rates fall

Jobless rates throughout northwest Ohio were down in April from February, but most were comparable to the levels a year earlier, according to figures released Tuesday by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Ottawa County had the highest rate locally last month and Hancock County had the lowest locally.
