Area counselor named to licensing board

COLUMBUS — Gov. John Kasich recently appointed Ryan Pickut, a clinical counselor from Perrysburg, to the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board through Oct. 10, 2018. The board handles the licensing of these professions.
