Area bankruptcy filings drop 11%

Bankruptcy filings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Toledo tumbled in 2015 for the sixth consecutive year, hitting their lowest point since 2006 — the year that followed significant restrictive changes to the nation’s bankruptcy code.
