Appellate court tosses B.G. man's rape conviction, orders new trial

A state appeals court has vacated a Bowling Green man’s rape conviction last year because a Wood County Common Pleas judge allowed the victim to testify at trial that she only filed a complaint against him after spotting his name on a sexual-offender website.
