Appeals court reverses Toledoan’s conviction

Ohio’s 6th District Court of Appeals on Friday reversed the conviction of a Toledo teen who fatally shot his friend, concluding that he should have had a hearing in Lucas County Juvenile Court to determine if he was amenable to rehabilitation in the juvenile system.
