Apartments rising in Bedford Twp.

Construction is under way on Bainbridge Place, a 118-unit, single-story apartment complex on 17 acres near Sterns Road and Lewis Avenue in Bedford Township. The project, by Redwood Living Inc. of Beachwood near Cleveland, expects the first occupancies by spring. The units, which will range from 1,100 to 1,400 square feet and have rents starting at $1,200 a month, are on a site formerly owned by Whitman Ford.
