Anthony Wayne Trail lane restrictions to start Monday

Rainfall Wednesday that disrupted lane-stripe painting and electrical work has given Anthony Wayne Trail commuters several days’ reprieve from a single-lane constriction on the northbound side, but that’s now expected to start Monday and weather should not be an obstacle.
