All eyes on Perrysburg permanent improvement levy after 3 school tax requests fail

Those for and against the five year, 1.9-mill permanent improvement levy for Perrysburg Schools have one thing in common: They all believe the May 6 tax renewal vote should be a slam dunk in favor of a school district that is considered to be one of the best in the state.
