Alford plea in forgery, identity fraud entered

A Toledo man charged with sending phony emails to his mother and other relatives purportedly from Lucas County Prosecutor Julia Bates and an attorney with Lucas County Job and Family Services was found guilty Wednesday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
