After commissioner’s plea, CCNO agrees to help ICE detainee move case forward

DEFIANCE — The board of directors of the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio has agreed to take steps to facilitate the processing of a Wisconsin woman who has been held at the facility on an immigration holder for at least three months.
