After 2-year-old's death, stepdad charged over unsecured gun

The stepfather of a 2-year-old girl who was fatally shot has been charged with child endangering in northwest Ohio. The Blade in Toledo reports that court documents indicate 27-year-old Turhan Johnson told police he left a handgun unsecured in his home.
