Accused killer’s case bound to grand jury; first hearing waived

SWANTON — Amanda Mangas’ relatives say they hope her death will result in more women talking about domestic violence as the case against an ex-boyfriend charged with fatally shooting her goes before a Fulton County grand jury next month.
