5 entities help seal library sidewalk plan

At the groundbreaking last year for the King Road Branch Library in Sylvania, Mayor Craig Stough, Scott Nelson, Sylvania Schools superintendent, and Clyde Scoles, Toledo-Lucas County Public Library executive director, pondered how students could travel safely from Southview High School to the library at the southeast corner of King Road and Sylvania Avenue.
