4 drivers arrested at pair of area checkpoints

Two drivers were arrested overnight at a checkpoint the Ohio Highway Patrol established on Woodville Road and Prentice Avenue in East Toledo, while at another checkpoint in western Lucas County, two other motorists were arrested.
