3rd eatery closes on Toledo's Glendale Avenue

Patches of grass poke through the cracked parking lots of the former Ruby Tuesday and Bob Evans restaurants on Glendale Avenue. The vacant buildings, which are situated on the road in front of the Walmart store in South Toledo, shut their doors in 2016.
