2nd complaint lodged against Ohio Justice Kennedy over speech

A second complaint against Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy has been lodged with the Ohio Supreme Court's Office of Disciplinary Counsel by the liberal advocacy group, ProgressOhio.
