2 U.S. reps make joint Lake Erie plea to EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency had little response today to a joint plea U.S. Reps. Marcy Kaptur and Debbie Dingell made to end the gridlock over how western Lake Erie’s algae-control efforts should be managed on a regional basis.
